Privacy Policy

Anyone may browse the board, open product websites, and read reviews without signing in; public reading includes visible reviews only. Submitting a product or review, marking Helpful, reporting, and bidding are write actions that require Clerk sign-in.

The site stores a stable internal user id, display name, and email for attribution and moderation. Public pages never expose your email; reviews show a display name or derived masked handle, and board cards show only the visible review count.

The single bid form accepts either USD through Creem, our merchant of record, or free-earned AC credits. Card data never touches this site; payment and refund records keep only the operational provider identifiers, amounts, currency, states, and audit facts needed for reconciliation.

Creem test and live environments are strictly separate. A cash bid may move through pending payment, active, overtaken or expired, refund required, refund pending, refund failed/manual review, and refunded states; only a provider-confirmed succeeded refund is described as completed.

Review text, recommendation, disclosed relationship, Helpful votes, and reports are stored to operate the board and are moderated under the review policy. Automatic review publication is currently disabled, so new reviews remain pending until reviewed.

Opening a product's official website records a first-party aggregate click without blocking navigation. Rate limiting uses keyed hashes rather than storing or logging raw account identifiers or IP addresses in the reservation history.

Clerk may set authentication cookies when you sign in. Vercel hosts the site and may process request logs; Neon stores the database. Historical public Vercel Blob image URLs may still render, but the application upload runtime and deletion capability are retired.

Optional services such as analytics are used for operations only and never receive review bodies, emails, payment details, or uploaded file names.

Do not paste bank details, government ids, passwords, API keys, or private tokens into reviews or product submissions.

You can request deletion of your reviews or account data at support@yueyekidl.com; payment records are kept as long as required for accounting.
